Fantastic little tearoom tucked away in the middle of East Preston village. Always a genuine warm welcome, great service and delicious food. Can't recommend highly enough.

A local cafe, for local people, don't bother if you're not "in the village". Think of Tubs in the league of gentlemen, or the welcome given to strangers at the Slaughtered Lamb in American Werewolf in London. Food was good but coffee weak & from a cafetiere.
