Second review first - Required some urgent assistance with a damaged wire. The team were busy but James himself came out and identified the problem and rectified there and then.A professional approach to the problem meant that other work being carried out at the time could continue safely.Another excellent job.And original review below I have used this team a couple of times now,Both times I got exactly what I asked for, when and at the price agreed.Smallish jobs carried out professionally.I will use them again in the future, without hesitation.
We required a full electrical check on our newly purchased property prior to moving from Somerset. This was carried out promptly and comprehensively. We subsequently asked for quote for rewire. This was quickly supplied. Work currently on hold by ourselves, but we're entirely satisfied with J Electrical performance to date.
James was nothing but professional from start to finish. From obtaining a quote to carrying out a full re-wire, he made sure we were 100% in the loop with what was happening. All employees of this company were courteous and professional, as well as knowledgeable and did an excellent job. 10/10 would recommend.
I have been very happy with the ideas the team at J Electrical put forward on my initial quote as I was a little lost for concepts of where to place the lighting.The great use of LED lighting along with placement of additional electrical sockets throughout my new kitchen & extension has transformed the area, making it very functional whilst at a very competitive price. J Electrical re wired my parents kitchen, the staff were professional, polite and courteous, they did a fantastic job and ensured they left it clean and tidy when finished.
